Q. I do not live near to an Royal Mail Parcelshop, how can I return my order?





You will need to find a Royal Mail Parcelshop. If you have already printed your prepaid return label, you can use any Royal Mail Parcelshop location. Please ensure that your parcel is scanned by the Royal Mail Parcelshop and you receive and retain a valid or traceable calling card or proof of your return.
